This website is dedicated to discussing the various aspects of tendon pain and attempts to cut through the clutter of contradictory terminology that mars the study of tendon pain and how to get rid of it.
There are lots of conflicting theories about why tendons experience long-term pain, and whether you call it tendinitis (like they do in the medical journals), tendonitis (like regular people and doctors do all the time) or tendonosis (probably the best choice, but not one that you’ll see very often), the fact is that long-term tendon problems are aggravating and adversely impact your ability to lead a normal life.
I have put together an ebook called Target Tendonitis that provides a full discussion of tendon pain, the various therapies, and provides both rehab and nutritional advice for getting rid of long-term pain. But don’t feel obligated to buy the book right away — I’d prefer that you surf around the site, become familiar with the issues, and above all, take the free one-minute tendon test before deciding whether or not to purchase. That way, if you do decide to buy, you will have a good grounding and be able to get the most out of the book.
